Privacy policy

Effective: October 23, 2026

This policy explains what information 2Secure Corp ("2Secure", "we", "us") collects through the BizContext website and service, how we use it, and the choices you have. BizContext™ is a product of 2Secure Corp.

It covers two things: this website, and the BizContext service, which reads the business email, chats, files and other work apps that you choose to connect. BizContext is offered only to businesses and other organizations, for business use. It is not offered to consumers.

The short version

  • We read the email, chats, files and other content from the services you connect only to provide the service to you: briefs, timelines, drafted replies, answers and search, across every service you have connected.
  • We never see or store the passwords for the accounts you connect.
  • We do not sell your information, show you ads, or use your content to train AI models.
  • Nothing is sent from your mailbox without your approval.
  • Nothing from your connected accounts is shared with anyone else at your company unless you share it. What you put in a shared project is visible to that project's members.
  • By default, AI runs on 2Secure's own servers, so your content never goes to an outside AI company. If you prefer, you can choose an outside AI service from our list of services that do not train on customer data.
  • When you end the service, we delete what we hold for you right away, and backups within 24 hours.

Information we collect

When you visit this website

  • What you send us. The details you enter to request early access: your full name, business email address, company name, number of employees, and any message you add. The form delivers these details to our inbox by email through Cloudflare. Also anything you write when you email us.
  • Basic technical logs. IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the date and time. We use these for security and troubleshooting.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We count page views and measure page speed with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not follow you across other websites. The site's fonts are served from this website itself, so loading a page sends nothing to Google or other font services. The early access form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam, and Cloudflare processes technical information about your browser for that purpose.

When you sign up

  • Billing details. A credit card is required to start the free trial. We collect your billing name, billing address and payment card details. Card details are handled by our payment processor, Braintree, a service of PayPal, Inc.; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • We use billing details only to charge for the service, send invoices and receipts, and prevent fraud.

When you sign in

  • Account details. Your name, email address and account identifier, provided by Microsoft or Google when you sign in.
  • Access tokens and connection details. Each service you connect gives us a token that lets BizContext reach your account with the permissions you approved. We store all tokens and connection details in encrypted form. We never receive your password.

When you connect your accounts

BizContext reads only the accounts and apps you choose to connect. Depending on what you connect, that includes:

  • Email. The messages in your mailbox, including messages you sent: sender, recipients, subject, date, message text and attachments.
  • Chat and messaging. Messages, channels, participants and shared files in the chat tools you connect, such as Microsoft Teams or Slack.
  • Files. Documents and files in the file storage you connect, such as OneDrive, SharePoint or Google Drive, and folders on your own computers that you choose to connect.
  • Other work apps. The content available from any other app you connect, with the permissions you approve when you connect it.
  • Drafts and sent messages. Drafts BizContext prepares for you, and a record of the messages you approve in BizContext, which are then sent by your own email provider.
  • Information we derive from your content. Summaries, the people and companies you correspond with, commitments, deadlines, action items, and a search index.

When you use the service

  • The questions you ask, the drafts you edit or approve, your settings, and logs of how the service is used.
  • What you create in BizContext. Projects, tasks, milestones, comments, project chat messages, whiteboards, and the agents you set up and their results.

How we use information

  • To provide the features you see: the morning brief, relationship timelines, drafted replies, answers to your questions, deadline tracking, search, projects and agents.
  • To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and find and fix problems.
  • To respond to you, and to contact you about early access and important service notices.
  • To meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your information or give it to advertising platforms, data brokers or information resellers. We do not use it for advertising or marketing. We do not use your content, or anything derived from it, to create, train or improve AI models, and we do not keep it for that purpose. We do not use it to make credit or lending decisions.

Actions on your behalf

BizContext's assistant and agents can suggest and prepare actions for you, such as drafting a reply, creating or updating a task, or posting a status update inside BizContext. Actions that change something wait for your approval. BizContext never sends email on its own: messages you approve are sent by your own email provider from your own mailbox.

How AI is used

BizContext uses AI models to read your content and produce summaries, timelines, drafted replies and answers.

You choose where that happens:

  • Private AI run by 2Secure (the default). The AI models run on servers owned and operated by 2Secure Corp in the United States. Your content never goes to an outside AI company.
  • A supported outside AI service. You can instead connect your own account with an AI service from the list shown in BizContext. We list only services whose terms prohibit using customer content to train or improve their models, and BizContext will not send your content to any service that is not on the list. We review the terms of each listed service regularly and remove any service whose terms no longer meet this rule. Your content is sent only to produce the results you see, and the service's own terms govern how long it keeps that content.

AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Please review briefs, answers and drafts before you rely on them.

Who can see your content

Information drawn from your connected accounts is visible only to you. Nothing from those accounts is shared with colleagues or anyone else at your company unless you choose to share it, for example by linking an email or file to a project.

Projects are shared spaces. Tasks, comments, chat messages, whiteboards and anything you link to a project are visible to the members of that project, and project summaries and agent reports drawn from them are visible to those members too. You and your administrators control who is a member.

Each customer's data is kept separate from every other customer's data.

Our systems process your content automatically. Our staff do not read your content unless:

  • you ask us to and agree to our viewing specific messages, for example to resolve a support request;
  • it is necessary for security purposes, such as investigating abuse; or
  • it is required by law.

When we share information

  • An outside AI service, if you choose one. If you choose a supported outside AI service instead of 2Secure's private AI, content is sent to it as described above.
  • The services you connect. When you approve a message or save a draft, we pass it to your email provider so it is sent from, or saved in, your own mailbox.
  • Service providers. Companies that help us run the service, such as network security providers, acting on our instructions and under contract. They are listed on our Service providers page.
  • Legal reasons. When we are required to by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers, the public or 2Secure.
  • Business changes. If 2Secure is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, we will tell you beforehand. Information received from Google or Microsoft accounts is transferred only with your explicit prior consent.

Google user data

BizContext's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The use of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In particular: we use Google user data only to provide and improve the features you see in BizContext; we do not transfer it except to provide those features with your consent, for security, to comply with law, or in a business transfer with your explicit prior consent; our staff do not read it except as described in "Who can see your content"; and we do not use it, or data derived from it, to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

You can remove BizContext's access at any time in your Google Account settings.

Microsoft account data

BizContext reaches Microsoft 365 data through Microsoft's own interfaces, with the permissions that you or your administrator approve, and uses it only as described in this policy. We do not use Microsoft 365 data, or data derived from it, for advertising or marketing. You can remove BizContext's access at any time at myapps.microsoft.com (work or school accounts) or account.live.com/consent/Manage (personal Microsoft accounts), and your administrator can remove it for your whole organization. Removing access stops BizContext from reading new data; to have us delete what we already hold, end the service or email us.

Other connected services

For any other service you connect, such as Slack, BizContext uses only the permissions you approve when you connect it, and uses the content only as described in this policy. You can remove BizContext's access at any time in that service's settings.

How long we keep information, and deletion

  • We keep the information described above while your account is active.
  • If the connection to an account expires, BizContext stops reading new content from it until you reconnect.
  • When you end the service, we delete the information we hold for you right away. That includes our copies of your content, the information derived from it, and your tokens and connection details. Backup copies are deleted within 24 hours.
  • If a free trial ends without a paid subscription, or an account has had no sign-in and no working connections for 90 days, we email a warning first and then delete that account's data as described above.
  • BizContext keeps its copy in step with your connected accounts. When you delete or change an email, file or message there, our copy, and anything derived from it, is deleted or updated at the next sync.
  • Deletion affects only our copies. Your mailbox and your other connected accounts are never changed by ending the service.
  • If you asked for early access and no longer want to hear from us, email us and we will remove your address.

Security

We protect information with encryption in transit and at rest, including all stored content, tokens and connection details, separation of each customer's data, and restricted staff access to production systems. No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a breach that affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.

Where information is processed

2Secure operates BizContext from the United States. Information is stored and processed on servers owned and operated by 2Secure Corp at its own facility in the United States. If you choose a supported outside AI service, it may process content in other locations, as described in its own terms.

If your company provides BizContext to you

If you use BizContext through your employer, your employer arranges the service and we process information from your work accounts on its behalf. Requests about that information may need to go to your employer, and we may refer your request to them. Our Data processing agreement sets out how we handle that information for your employer.

Your choices and rights

  • You can disconnect any account, or end the service, at any time.
  • You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@bizcontext.ai.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under privacy law. We respond to requests as the law requires and will not treat you differently for making one.

Children

BizContext is a service for businesses. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell you beforehand by email or in the service.
